As Highland cattle are a slow-maturing breed producing quality meat which cannot be rushed to finishing, and with our fold in its infancy, we do not yet have available any Highland beef for sale. However, over time we plan to raise grass-fed steers for the table.

Bec runs her own commercial Highland breeding program, supplemented with Highland steers from other Highland breeders within the state. Bec's goal is to produce ethically raised grass-fed sustainable beef from her property in Tasmania's picturesque Derwent Valley.
